yeah i know this sucks, but i found this tengu farming, and was wondering if this can happen with any axe, or just low lvl axes like this

Yes axes have low mins, but they are 6, not seven.

I have not seen an axe with a min of 7, ever. Photshop? not accusing you, just asking.

I have seen an axe with minimum damage of seven as well, and there is another post that has around the same topic as this one that also says there can be a seven damage one.

Helping to add credit to this story, I've found an ax with same min to max that he has a picture there. I found it out in the Lion's Arch area also. I had a theory that it just occurred on a certain type, from that area, so you couldn't get max damage out of it. I've never seen one that is 7-28...but 7-20..I've had one before. Don't have it now, so I can't contribute. I thought it was just a bug or something.

I have a 7-19 dam axe. Got it from a collector around Lion's Arch I believe. Has +25 health and +3 or 4 vs Undead mods.

The maximum for axes is 6-28, so there is no 7-28 unfortunately.

I've seen quite a few 7 min axes. I wouldn't be surprised if there was the possiblity of a 7-28 spawning, as unlikely as it may be.

I've seen a 7-20 axe before, so this isn't photoshopped.

I wish they had a 7-28 axe.

I have a 7-20 cleaver, but I haven't seen any 7's that have better max dmg than 20.

Axes with a lower maximum might have a higher minimum but
axes with a high maximum have a lower minimum.
just the way the game is balenced. if you notice, axes have
a higher maximum then swords but lower minimum.
if it wasent the case. swords would become useless.

axe: 6 - 28 ( speed: 1.33 sec. )
sword: 15 - 22 ( speed: 1.33 sec. )
hammer: 19 - 35 ( speed: 1.75 sec. )
Bow: 15 - 28 ( speed: 2 sec. to 2.7 sec. )
Staff: 11 - 22 ( speed: 1.75 sec. )

1 damage can mean all the world!!!!!! Maybe you hit a person for 6 damage, but they have 7 hp, they counter and you die!
